Attend every session—or text if you’ll miss one (miss 4 in a row and you are out)
COST: $30 per session, payable via QB - Medicare Original insurance is the only insurance I take and it can be used for this group.
• Homework required: practice new skills weekly, complete checklists & comment on handouts from the book. Report to the group briefly.

I teach 1–2 skills + real‑life examples
Share practice experiences & use skill-checklists
Set homework with handout checklists
